These two youngsters were enjoying visiting Cool Air Storage with their Mother today.

We are finished with the 136 new Drive Up units. They range in size from 10’x25′ to 5’x10′. They are secured by a 6′ chain link fence with automatic gates. Rent a new unit by calling 251-866-4040 today!

The new additions have finally arrived. Construction on the new Drive Up units starts tomorrow.

It’s hard to complete our new addition with this constant raining. We could use a few days of sunshine!

One down and three to go! They poured the first concrete slab yesterday. The white lines are where they cut the expansion joints. A 2am time slot was the only time they could get the concrete delivered. Thanks guys!

We are making progress on our new Cool Air Storage Drive Up units. The 20,200 sq. ft. addition will have 136 new storage spaces in 4 new buildings of drive-up non-climate controlled self storage.  Five different size storage units will be available: 5’x10′ – 10’x10′ – 10’x15′ – 10’x20′ – 10’x25′ as well as uncovered parking spaces for boats and RVs.  The new addition should be open in mid August.

We’re breaking ground for our new 20,200 sq. ft. addition.  The new expansion will consist of 4 new buildings of drive-up non-climate controlled self storage.  Five different size storage units will be available when construction is complete ranging in size from 5’x10′ to 10’x25′.   Several uncovered parking spaces for boats and RVs will also be available.  The buildings will be surrounded by a 6′ tall aluminum fence with automatic sliding gates controlled by PTI Security keypads.  Our facility features 36 high definition video cameras for total surveillance coverage.  The new addition should be open in mid August.
